Terms of
Service

Governance or optimization. These terms define the professional boundaries and operational expectations for all stakeholders engaging with the PlanLife neural network optimization platform.

REVISION_2026.06.01

01. Acceptance of Governance

By accessing planlife.pro, you enter into a binding agreement with PlanLife.

This document governs your use of our advisory services, technical documentation, and optimization methodologies. If you disagree with any portion of these requirements, you must cease all use of site resources and technical tools immediately. These terms are updated to reflect shifts in mobile hardware benchmarks and the fiscal 2026 regulatory environment in Canada.

02. Silicon Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to layer-wise profiling algorithms, quantization methodology descriptions, hardware compatibility datasets, and localized optimization workflows, is the exclusive property of PlanLife.

  • Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering proprietary network revision techniques presented on the platform.
  • The "PlanLife" brand and technical trademarks may not be utilized without prior explicit authorization from our legal department in St. John's.

Optimization Ethics

We prioritize hardware-level efficiency. Our terms strictly prohibit the use of our methodologies for the development of malicious agents or unauthorized data surveillance tools on mobile chipsets.

03. Professional Obligations

All users contacting PlanLife for technical feasibility audits are responsible for ensuring the legality of the model weights they submit for review. PlanLife does not provide original data labeling services and accepts no responsibility for the training data origin of optimized networks.

Service boundaries: PlanLife maintains a hardware-first perspective. Results vary based on NPU-specific constraints and mobile chipset generations. Optimization is guaranteed only against specific hardware targets defined in the signed technical audit.

04. Explicit Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlanLife, its directors, or its technical advisors be liable for any hardware failure, silicon degradation, or accuracy loss exceeding 2% resulting from the application of non-verified quantization loops or custom pruning filters without a formal audit.

We provide information as a technical baseline. All mobile AI benchmarking should be conducted in controlled lab environments before widespread deployment.
